An American based client who looked after the internal plants in a famous casio in Las Vegas introduced us to a new word, that we have adopted.
He explained that he needed height, wanted people to look up with large pleached trees as what his casino was lacking was “verticality”.
When we use this word with clients, it is immediately understood.
